Property / XACTIMATE Adjuster Boot Camp In this course, you will learn! Students will be instructed in insurance terminology regarding property claims, the steps of the claims process, and the adjuster's role and responsibility. Students will also learn how to complete an initial contact with the Insured, time management & scheduling techniques. The instructor will instruct students on field and phone inspection steps, residential building methods and identification of residential building material components, measuring, and calculation with the adjuster’s supply toolkit, managing claims with Xactimate Adjusting Software, and claims settlement communication. The course includes IA Firm Job / Contract List.
