TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Course Enrollment: Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment. 2. Tuition & Fees: All tuition payments are due prior to class start unless payment arrangements are approved. 3. Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to administrative fees and must comply with Louisiana education regulations. 4. Attendance: Students must complete required hours to receive certificate of completion. 5. Code of Conduct: Professional conduct is required in all in-person and virtual classes. 6. Intellectual Property: Course materials are property of Adjusters Unlimited Academy, LLC and may not be reproduced. 7. Limitation of Liability: The Academy is not responsible for licensing exam outcomes. 8. Regulatory Compliance: Courses are designed to comply with applicable Louisiana Department of Insurance requirements

STUDENT ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT

This Enrollment Agreement is entered between Adjusters Unlimited Academy, LLC and the enrolling student. The student agrees to: • Complete all required instructional hours. • Comply with Louisiana Department of Insurance pre-licensing standards (where applicable). • Provide accurate identification and registration information. • Maintain professional classroom conduct. Louisiana Regulatory Notice: Pre-licensing courses are provided in accordance with Louisiana insurance education requirements. Completion of this course does not guarantee issuance of a license. Students must pass the state licensing examination and meet all Louisiana Department of Insurance requirements. Acknowledgment: By enrolling, the student acknowledges receipt of the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
